I think the <code>title</code> parameter should only be set if the title wanted for the infobox does not match the page's title (that only happens on very specific cases like in localized page names). This means that if you're writing an infobox, you should use <code><nowiki>{{{title|{{PAGENAME}}}}}</nowiki></code> to default it to the page's title.
