2.0.1 was a minor update for Team Fortress 2 Classic. It was released on August 14, 2020. The patch notes were initially released on the official blog. It featured some map changes, weapon changes, general changes, and bug fixes.

Weapon changes
- Updated the Nailgun:
- Damage rampup increased to 175% (from 150%) to match Scattergun (Max damage now 20 up from 17)
