:Apologies, this issue is a bit more confusing. On my phone using Firefox, all of the above is true. ::Inspecting the external link icon element shows the CSS as "background-image: url(?14604);" which just fails to load. The various tf2 based fonts around the wiki don't seem to be loading for some reason, though I am still able to access them directly.
