Classes are the nine playable character classes in Team Fortress 2 Classified, as well as special classes such as the Civilian. Each class has unique stats (movement speed, health) and a set of weapons that afford them various capabilities and gameplay styles. The nine regular classes are divided into three categories: offensive, defensive, and support classes.

Offense

These classes provide strong forward pushes to help to their team complete objectives.

Defense

These classes provide protection and strong backlines to help their team stop enemies from completing objectives.

Support

These classes provide supporting help to their team to assist in completing objectives.

Special

These classes are only available in specific game modes. There is only one in Team Fortress 2 Classified currently.

They cannot be used in regular game modes, unless enabled in the server by setting the tf2c_allow_special_classes cvar to 1. Spies also cannot disguise as them, unless the tf2c_allow_special_classes cvar is set to 2, in which case Spies will be able to disguise as them using the disguise command. Special classes won't show up in the Disguise Kit.

Scrapped

These classes were rather never-finalised concepts or removed classes from Team Fortress 2 Classified.
