Hi.
Do not use talk pages for things other than talk pages, I know you want to translate things despite being blocked, but talk pages are talk pages, it's considered as spam otherwise. I'll have to lock this page just to prevent you from doing that.
Anyhow, you've been blocked because you posted a pro-war symbol on your user page.
