The Fists are the default melee weapon for the Heavy. They are the Heavy's own hands.

Taunting with the Fists will perform the High Noon kill taunt, which kills whoever is in Heavy's way when he fires.

- If the Heavy taunt kills an enemy holding a melee weapon, it will count towards the "If He Dies..." achievement.
