Changes
- Changed Nailgun(sic) spread
- Changed the nail projectile gravity back to what it used to be, as per request.
- tf_model_muzzleflash no longer needs to be executed by the server owner
- Added a "MuzzleFlashModelScale" keyvalue (defaults to 1.0). If set in a weapon file, it will set the muzzle flash model scale. Right now, however, it's not used in any of the weapon files yet.
