The Fire Axe is the stock melee weapon for the Pyro. It is a worn firefighters axe with a red axe-head that has an unpainted blade and wooden handle.

Like every other generic stock melee weapon, each hits deals 65 points of damage and can be swung every 0.8 seconds. This weapon is best used as either a back up if the users ammo supply is depleted or a finishing tool when their opponent is at low health.
